Change paper statements into electronic ones and protect our environment with us.

In Deutsche Bank we know, how important our environment is. From now on you as well can contribute to saving Polish forests. You only need to change your paper statement into environmentally friendly e-statement.

Electronic statement is available only for current accounts. It contains exactly the same information as the paper version. It is an equally valid bank document, which presents valid information about your transactions and could be the basis for complaint concerning transactions performed on your accounts.

e-statement offers many benefits:

free of charge, because you do not pay for it ,
convenient, as the document is stored online,
protects our environment.

How to change statement distribution channel ? see for more information

Log in to db easyNET
In Accounts section select Account details.
Select Change option in Statement distribution channel. There will appear a window displaying previous way of statement distribution and a list of statement distribution channels.
Select Monthly statements available online and select Next.
There will appear a window with information selected in the previous step and two fields for TAN authorisation codes.
By using keyboard or virtual keyboard provide two two-digit TAN authorisation codes from the fields in the identification card, and then select Save option.
The order transfer to fulfillment will be confirmed by displaying the page with information. Changes can be verified in the account details by selecting Statement distribution channels section in Account details

From now on all generated electronic statements will be available in db easyNET. Statements delivered in the paper form before the day of changing the statement delivery channel, will not be available in the electronic version. Electronic statements, as in the case of traditional statements, are generated daily or on the last day of each month, and are available for download on the next day in db easyNET.

The Clients, who have not been receiving paper statements as a result of their resignation, and are interested in receiving electronic statements, are requested to submit an order in the nearest Branch.
